• FREE STANDARD DELIVERY: All orders up to AU$ 299 (Delivery Time: 2-4 Business Days*)
• FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY: For orders over AU$ 299 (Delivery Time: 1-2 Business Days*)

 OTHER COUNTRIES:

• STANDARD DELIVERY: AU$ 50 applied to any order (Delivery Time: may vary according to the destination)

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

For Australia & New Zealand, get free STANDARD delivery on all orders up to AU$ 299, and free EXPRESS delivery on all orders over AU$ 299. Orders placed before 1PM AEST (business days) should be dispatched same day; orders placed after 1PM AEST will be dispatched the following business day.

Personalised Product Orders: There is an additional processing time for personalised product as informed on the product page. Once your product is personalised your order will be dispatched and you will receive your shipping confirmation email.

All domestic Australian orders are delivered using AusPost or Sendle. If you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9 am to 5 pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.
